We send maid profiles directly to you via WhatsApp. Interview videos are available, and personal online interviews can be arranged.
Confirmation
Secure your preferred maid with a deposit to kickstart the hiring process.
Job Offer
Finalise job details and have the candidate sign the Job Offer. A mandatory medical check-up will be conducted in the candidate's home country.
Documentation
Prepare the required documents using our checklist to ensure full compliance with government regulations.
Processing
We manage all submissions to the Labour Department (JTK), Immigration (IMM) and the Embassy to obtain approvals and visas. The entire process takes approximately 2–3 months, depending on government approval timelines.
Maid Arrival
Receive the maid's arrival schedule, final invoice and handover details.
Handover
After orientation and medical clearance, we officially hand over the maid to you.
